Building Excellence Rewarded
Sovereign House Developments have won the Mixed Use Award for Excellence in the Property Executive Awards 2007 for their development at Alexandra Gate, Glasgow. Jim Harkins, joint managing director, was presented with the award at a recent awards dinner at the Hilton Hotel, Glasgow by XFM Scotland radio presenter Heather Suttie.
On receiving the award, Jim commented: "We are delighted to win this prestigious industry award at this stage in our company's development and it demonstrates the hard work put in by our team to achieve a quality development, providing new homes and commercial premises in a historic area of Glasgow."
