Sovereign House Developments is registered with Zurich Building Guarantee, a major standard setting body and warranty and insurance provider for new homes in the UK. Their aim is to work with the house-building industry to provide risk management services to raise standards of new homes and provide consumer protection to new homebuyers via a 10 year warranty and insurance policy.
