Colin Co-founded Sovereign House Developments in May 2004. A General Practice Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years experience in the house-building sector having held senior positions with a number of the major builders including Wimpey and Tay Homes. Colin's background is in land acquisition and most recently as Land Director for Redrow Homes (Scotland).
Jim Harkins
Joint Managing Director
Jim Co-founded Sovereign House Developments in May 2004. Jim has over 35 years experience in the construction industry, progressing through the ranks to Construction Director level at both Tay Homes and Redrow Homes (Scotland) following successful spells in site management at Wimpey, CALA and John Dickie Homes.
Alan Cole
Commercial Manager
Alan is a Quantity Surveyor, with 12 years experience in commercial management and has held several senior commercial positions within major house builders including Caledonian Homes and Stewart Milne.
Lisa Lawson
Financial Controller
Lisa qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2006 and has been working with Sovereign House Development for 2 years.
